CMS awards $14M Medicare Fee-For-Service CAHPS Survey Data Support Services contract

Small business Hendall beat out two other bidders to win a 5-year contract from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Work is to support the national implementation of the Medicare fee-for-service Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey data collection and data file preparation. This contract, valued at $14M, was competed as a small business set-aside action on the GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract vehicle.
