VA RFP: Data/Statistical Support Services

“Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, management, software licenses, and personnel required for supporting a study to quantify the efficacy of utilizing artificial intelligence to support the data collection for the Veterans Affairs Surgical Quality Improvement Program (VASQIP) registry at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030.”

“The Contractor shall furnish a part time contract employee working up to an equivalent of 5-10 man-hours per week, 5 days per week, up to a maximum of 150 hours annually.”

“CONTRACTOR’S DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ensure the installation and configuration of the Carta Healthcare’s Atlas AIAssisted Data Abstraction or equivalent product in a VA Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) Development Workspace is completed within VA standards/compliance.
  • Connect the necessary data sources to the deployment to demonstrate field automation.
  • Support publications on the work.
  • Track and follow up on the status of the project…”
