VA RFI: VISN 15 Document Control System/Ancillary Testing

Scope of Procurement:

  • The Government will award a BPA to a single contractor for a laboratory document management system software. VISN 15 is procuring a document control software for our  clinical laboratories to meet regulatory standards.
  • This will be a single vendor award with one base year and four, one-year options. VISN intends to establish the base year of the agreement starting on 11/15/2021, with contract  completion 11/14/2026.
  • The system shall be acquired for each of the clinical laboratories located at the VISN facilities listed in Attachment A. Facilities within VISN 15 may be added or deleted by  supplemental agreement of the Government and the Contractor.  Additional components  may be added to the BPA as new modules become available on the market.
  • VISN will provide an estimated volume by seats as reflected in Attachment A for each medical center. Pricing is based on the seats per facility.

  • Customizable workflows based on department or level of importance
  • Generate, track, distribute and utilize wikis, links to other sites or content therein (cap.org, CLSI), web parts, discussion boards, shift hand-off communication tools, lists, surveys,  competencies, calendars or shared videos
  • Generate site usage reports allowing some determination of system effectiveness…
