“Description
- This position is responsible for new sales, business development and diversification of NCQA’s externally funded contracts and grants portfolio to support our vision of better health care and better health. Multiple sectors and care delivery organizations look to NCQA. Therefore, this position will require a sophisticated understanding of the needs of key external stakeholders and funders, and the federal/state agencies for which funding is available to support work in the areas of NCQA’s expertise in assessing and improving the quality of health care services.
- The long-term expectation includes successfully expanding the existing portfolio to meet revenue and growth targets. The AVP will work with a broad slate of external contractors/subcontractors and expand NCQA’s reach to other agencies including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Indian Health Service, the CDC and others. This position also involves working closely with other NCQA departments including Federal Affairs, Product Development, and Corporate & Foundation Relations to create and implement the organization’s strategy to develop new lines of business and/or enhance existing business.”

“Qualifications:
