HHS seeking Senior Financial Systems Specialist

“Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by actively participating in every phase of the system development life cycle and evaluating the architecture impact on the IT investment, financial systems, and business operations. 
  • Serving as the liaison between financial management and systems community to provide guidance regarding resolving problems that may arise. 
  • Developing acquisition and monitoring strategies for managing complex contracting vehicles and facilitates effective governance through workshops and strategic conversations providing actionable inputs on deployment and integration efforts. 
  • Advising other HHS components such as the OCIO and subject matter experts/technical team leaders supporting proof of concepts, standardizations, IT architecture, and business continuity plans.”
