HealthImaging: HHS seeking feedback on changes impacting radiology and informatics communities

“The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and other health information groups are seeking comments related to interoperability changes that may impact the radiology and informatics communities.

The American College of Radiology highlighted the three opportunities for stakeholder comments in an Aug. 4 update.

  1. The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT is asking for suggestions on new data elements and classes to be included in a new version of the U.S. Core Data for Interoperability system. USCDI is a standard set of data classifications and elements used for health information exchange.
