DOD awards Healthcare Coordination and Integration Contract

“Building on this small business’ more than ten years of award-winning experience providing clinical quality improvement and data analytics services for CMS, StrategyGen was recently awarded a 5-year contract with the Department of Defense US Air Force.”

“StrategyGen will be performing health care integration at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Health care integration is a vital component to proactively keep our active-duty soldiers and veterans at optimal health through the comprehensive and appropriate coordination of care and services.”

“StrategyGen is providing leadership to integrate resources and coordinate care across the military’s health system to build healthy troops, communities, and a fit and ready force.”

“StrategyGen collaborates with the Air Force to plan, design, implement, and evaluate population health, care management, and disease management programs based StrategyGen’s analysis of this population to improve community health. This work includes developing and delivering staff education programs regarding integrated health care processes and data management to evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of health care.”

“StrategyGen’s mission is to improve patient health, reduce morbidity, and decrease health care disparities through comprehensive and coordinated care delivered in a cost-effective manner.”
