CDC inks deals for Microsoft Enterprise licenses and Cisco SmartNet

Here we note two recent product buys by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has awarded a $2.6M task for Microsoft enterprise licenses and cloud consumption. CDW was awarded the task, which drew no other bidders, through CIO-CS.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has awarded a 1-year $3M task for Cisco SmartNet renewals. Woman-owned FCN beat out six other bidders to be awarded the task, competed using NASA SEWP V.
