Charles Moniz, an industry leader armed with recent experience leading development of detailed Agency strategic plans, DOD Directives/Instructions and publications that specify procedures for support to the Services, COCOMs, OSD and other Federal Agencies and Departments, has taken on a new challenge as Chief, Portfolio and Resource Management Division at Defense Health Agency (DHA).
Charles also brings experience representing the organizational viewpoint on military matters within the organization dealing with DHA senior leaders (Flag and General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians) and coordinating with multiple organizations across the three military Services as well as the Office of the Secretary of Defense Washington Headquarters Service.
