Responsibilities:
- Provide business development operations support at a specialist level to the Federal Healthcare Market.
- Support the development and execution of best practices across Business Development activities and platforms while also supporting Health program/operations team in order to position Booz Allen in growth activities.
- Coordinate all activities with Business Development & Operational Principals, Capture Managers, Technical Leads, Marketing, Proposal Managers, and Senior Executives.
- Manage all in-bound lead inquires, including but not limited to Marketing Campaigns, Website/Email/Phone Inquiries, Industry Partners, Conference/Events and other channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain an appropriate opportunity profiles for each prospect/lead (to include key contacts/decision makers, company updates, specific needs, timeline, budgets etc.).
- Support all sales activities & track customer related updates and activity through Booz Allen’s CRM platform and other platforms/applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting business development activities in support of the Federal Government, mainly the Federal Healthcare Market
- Experience managing business development support activities such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) & CRM data, Opportunity Pipeline Management, Federal Health market & Contracting Research
- Knowledge of the Federal Healthcare Market
- Knowledge of the following Acquisition vehicles: Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG), Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3), GSA IT Schedule 70
- Knowledge of the Federal Health Market companies, technologies, and trends
- Ability to manage and support Business Development, Customer Engagement, Pipeline, Partner and strategic planning engagements
- BA or BS degree
