The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) intends to award one (1) sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Philips Electronics North America also known as Philips North America, LLC. under Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number: 153882816 to provide continued usage of ongoing support required to maintain functionality and operations of Critical Care Compurecord Ark Hardware and Software Support. This requirement will continue the maintenance of the existing services including software updates, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, technical support, data base administration support and training. Philips software and hardware are proprietary. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
