- Three UCS C240 server storage system hardware to include all necessary components and specifications required for the Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery system with a total of 288 terabytes of raw storage capacity as listed in the table at end bottom of this document.

- Commvault complete Backup & Recover Software

- Commvault Travel expenses
- Commvault Consulting services

“Period of Performance:
- The anticipated Period of Performance for overall project will be specified by vendor.
- The anticipated period of performance for support services from the warranty is at a minimum 1 year from acceptance. Support services begin when physical installation and final implementation of all buildings are complete. Option Year dates will start from warranty end date.”
