“To promote exceptional Veteran care, EES works to provide training solutions and services that foster the development of a high-performing workforce. To aid in this effort and support VHA’s priority of becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO), PFS and Atlas Research will provide EES with a transformation and modernization organizational plan.”
