- What experiences or lessons learned does your firm have with network and cloud services (Amazon Web Services (AWS)) during contract transition? What insights can you give us on best practices for transitioning and managing existing AWS accounts without disruption to ongoing operations?
- What steps does your firm typically take to ensure cloud account provisioning/enablement services are performed securely, and meet privacy requirements?
- What practices does you firm have in place to
- Ensure continual compliance with new federal policies as a contract progresses?
- To be aware of current and emerging security threats as a contract progresses?

- What best practices or techniques do you have in place to monitor cloud use and manage cloud consumption to reduce costs to the client?
- What pricing models does you’re your firm offer other Government clients (contract type, units, etc.)? How do those pricing models allow the Government to receive the benefit of consumption based pricing of the cloud computing model?
- What type of discounts are available to clients based on the number of services they use and the amount of cloud they consume? Are there economies of scale or bundling packages that provide price discounts?
