CDC to Raise Ceiling of GRASP SATV IDIQ due to COVID

“The current contractor, Perspecta Enterprise Solutions LLC., is providing services through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract established for a five year period which expire on August 23, 2023. This JOFOC is to increase the IDIQ #75D30118D01974 ceiling in the amount of $9,900,000.00, from $40,000,000.00 to $49,900,000.00. The ceiling increase is required in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC’s role in leading the response.  The increased support due to COVID-19 was an unexpected event that was not anticipated, nor the magnitude of support required predicted when the IDIQ was established.”

“… To date, GRASP has seen increased support to the response efforts in upwards of $14.5 million within the first year of the response alone. As such, the program requests a $9.9 million increase of the IDIQ budget ceiling to $49.9 million. This increase will support the unprecedented need of not only the COVID-19 pandemic as evidenced by the following list of upcoming task order, but as well as all other emergency needs as with Hurricanes and other outbreaks.”

“The current IDIQ has a maximum value of $40M and an ordering period of 08/24/2018 – 08/23/2023. There have been 14 task orders issued to date at a total funded amount of $26,657,329.39…”
