“Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Masters degree preferred. An additional 10 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- 10 years project and/or program experience required as well as experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Previous experience supporting a federal or government customer preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile and principles and practices required
- Demonstrated success in managing development efforts using Agile Scrum methodologies (SDLC)
- Must be well versed in full systems project management life cycle, strategic information planning, business process re-engineering, structure and management practices.
