“The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), intends to award a short-term bridge contract on a sole source basis with Perspecta Enterprise Solutions, LLC for VA Veterans Health Information Exchange to continue support for interoperability and health information sharing between the VA and other federal agencies. This effort is for partner onboarding and sustainment for VA’s Exchange and Direct Messaging. The purpose of this contract is to act as a stop gap measure while VHA works on a follow-on acquisition.
