Gary Cobb, an IT professional, manager, leader, and strategist with 27 years of experience, including multiple leadership roles within Veterans Affairs, takes on a new challenge as Program Manager, Enterprise Service Desk.
In this new role Gary manages all aspects of the ESD Managed Service Provider (MSP) Tier 1 multi-year contract supporting over 500,000 VA customers, all VA-wide agencies, ensuring proper documentation, First Contact Resolution, routing and escalation of over 1.3M tickets annually.
