- Auto-Sign-On Single Sign-on (SSO) Solution
- Integration Framework Online Course
- Results Extract Solution”

Data Integration and Customization Maintenance (ICM):
- To support VHA OCC efforts to provide data integration from the VA-wide Training Management System (TMS) to Blackboard® Learn,Blackboard® Consulting will provide support of integration components that handle the data transfer.
- The objective of the automated integration is to simplify current data management processes by reducing manual administration and improving data quality.
- TMS will provide Blackboard® Learn with the appropriate data in the appropriate format for processing.
- Blackboard® will provide configuration support of the integration that accepts the TMS-generated file(s) and provide ongoing ICM support of the integration.
Maintenance Services:
- The Integration Customization & Maintenance (ICM) service provides customers with Blackboard®, consulting assistance to ensure customizations and integrations are compatible with upgrades.
- This service will be provided for the following named consulting projects: Data Integration, Auto-Sign-On Single-Sign-On (SSO) Solution, Results Extract Solution
