Contractor shall:
- Support all circuits at each of the VISN 8 facilities and remote sites.
- Support handoffs of fiber on both ends of each circuit.
- Support and advise for appropriate bandwidth need for all circuits
- Support and provide all Operations and Maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Event Management
- Monitoring Platform
- Management of Standard OEM Dashboards (e.g. MIST)
- Alert verification, classification, and escalation
- S. Cert Alerts and Patch Release Notification Management
- Incident Management
- Remote Tier 1 Troubleshooting
- Remote Tier 1 Troubleshooting
- Remote Tier 1 Troubleshooting
- OEM Maintenance Contract and Warranty Execution
- Onsite Incident Management (Next Business Day)
- Problem Management
- Root Cause Analysis and Resolution Proposal
- Log known errors and workarounds
- Change Management
- Standard proactive updates and patching
- Emergency patching for known vulnerabilities
- Customer Requests for Change (RFC)
