“Objective: To upgrade the broadcast traffic system to ensure it is within OI&T CRISP and TRM compliance.”
“Scope: The broadcast on air traffic system shall include but not be limited to the following requirements:
- The Contractor shall deliver a complete turnkey broadcast on air traffic system. This shall include all broadcast on air traffic system hardware, software, remote and onsite integration, configuration, testing and operational and administrative training.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that shall fully integrate with the media asset management (MAM) system. Currently Dalet Galaxy MAM.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that shall fully integrate with the automation system. Currently BitCentral automation system.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that shall be fully Broadcast Exchange Format (BXF) compliant.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that can have the ability to operate in a Cloud and/or Virtual Machine (VM) environment. That is also compliant with OI&T Cloud and VM regulations.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that can generate full detailed reports on all program and interstitial activities for analytical management.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that can manage multiple on-air channels.
- The Contractor shall deliver a broadcast on air traffic system that can integrate with third party systems on an Application Programming Interface (API) level. Presently the third-party systems are ScheduAll and Dalet.
- The Contractor shall deliver a database for the broadcast on air traffic system (e.g. SQL). The database shall be backed up daily (e.g. Commvault, Cloud) …”
