Charnell McDonald, armed with experience in large-scaled operational optimization including recent perspective gained leading E2E complex Medicaid implementations, managing cross functional teams and overseeing large scale capital budgets ($7M+), takes on a new role with Optum as Complex Federal Solutions Director.
Charnell also brings perspective gained through prior experience at VA evaluating and monitoring the overall performance of 17 managerial direct reports and 200+ indirect reports; developing targeted policies and procedures, managing an operational budget of approximately 10 million dollars which includes procurement of services and goods through negotiated contracts.
