Bill Olesiuk, an industry leader with a PhD in Health Care Administration/Management and experience as a research leader in the private sector, has taken on a new challenge as Director in the Advanced Data Solutions Center at NORC at the University of Chicago. In this new role, Bill is responsible for leading strategy, client management, project delivery and operations of NORC’s Advanced Data Solutions group, including the NORC Data Enclave®.
