HRSA awards Salesforce technical support services contract

Service-disabled Veteran-owned EDWOSB Knowledge Vortex (KVortex) beat out six other bidders to be awarded an 18-month $1.2M contract with the Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Salesforce technical support services necessary to maintain, and promote the effective use and adoption of Salesforce to support the new health center COVID-19 vaccine program. The contract was awarded as a small business set-aside action using GSA IT-70.
