The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract for a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS), for Other Computer Related Services to Colossal Contracting, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The period of performance will be from May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022 with four one-year option periods. The acquisition is to supplement the existing workforce with specialized engineering services and ensure systems are operational on a 24/7 basis in three areas: 1. Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration; 2. Microsoft Engineering and Server Configuration; and 3. Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) for the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service Hospitals and Health Centers. The total estimated value is less than $2,500,000.00.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency standardization, data center standardization, and network security.
