Sean Friendly, an Organizational Leader and Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge of OSD, Joint Staff, and Military Service organizational structures and operational planning methodologies, takes on a new challenge with the Defense Health Agency as Deputy Director, Public Health Directorate.
Sean spent over a decade working on DOD strategic policy in collaboration with interagency and international partners such as Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Department of State (DOS), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Health Agency (WHO), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
