Looking to leverage this leader’s nearly a decade with CDC leading an Agency-wide response team which supported the mobilization of CDC experts over 400 times for global outbreaks and emergency responses and prior experience designing a CDC program funded by the Global Health Security Agenda, with the goal of rapidly deploying up to 50 public health experts globally to support outbreak or public health emergency response, the White House recruits a data lead for its COVID-19 Response Team.
