Melissa Chiu, armed with over 15 years of Federal government data analysis experience gained through a series of progressively responsible roles, has taken on a new challenge as Deputy Director at the Committee on National Statistics (CNSTAT), National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Melissa most recently served as Acting Executive Director as well as Director of both Analytics and Data Governance at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Melissa previously spent over a decade at the U.S. Census Bureau.
