Rudy Martinez, an industry leader who works with clients in program management, systems development, and business transformation at the Department Veterans Affairs, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President, Health Strategy and Growth at LTS. In this new role, Rudy develops and executes growth strategies in the Federal Health IT space through competitive analysis, understanding of market trends and initiatives, and business relationships.
