In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this notice constitutes a synopsis to award a sole source contract to American Systems Corporation for the Enterprise Services Solution. A Justification and Approval will be published after the award under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is March 29, 2021.
Please note this is not a request for competitive proposals. Additionally, PEO DHMS reviewed responses to the Sources Sought on this requirement and is developing its future strategy for this requirement.
