The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a requirement to engage in an enterprise-wide CDC measure of its Information Technology Customer Satisfaction Assessment (ITCSA), to engage Executive Leadership of CDC to measure Information Technology Business Effectiveness Assessment (ITBE), provide expert IT consulting services and recommendations to include benchmarking OCIO’s customer satisfaction rating accomplishments, business effectiveness, and IT strategic alignment results against other Government and non Government IT organizations. CDC is seeking interested parties who possess the capabilities of performing this requirement. Specifically, CDC is seeking vendors who possess an existing, historical database of Governmental and non-Governmental IT organizations which can be used to compare and rank CDC IT customer satisfaction rating results and executive leaders business effectiveness and assign a projected national rating of the organization’s performance and business value.
