“Department of Veterans Affairs VA New Jersey Health Care System (VANJHCS) Research Service requires development of custom software and online delivery of research testing tools, to support remote (Internet-based) testing of Veterans participating in research studies at VA NJHCS Research Service. This will require for the Contractor to translate existing software tools, written in the python computer language, developed by the Principal Investigator (PI).”

“The period of performance is anticipated to be February 8, 2021 through January 31, 2022 with four subsequent option years.”

“The Contractor will create and provide customize software, by adapting python script created by the Principal Investigator (PI), that will include four cognitive tests along with self-report questionnaires that will be provided by the VANJHCS project PI. This service will be conducted through the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), that allows cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS).”

“The RFQ will be posted on or around January 27, 2021.”
