“The proposed action is for award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 30-day extension with an option to extend for an additional 30-days, for a total potential extension of 60-days, to the existing Task Order (TO) 36C10B18N10140028 under Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) contract VA118-16-D-1014 to provide continued Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and Web Tool Integration and Enhancement services.”
“VA has a requirement for continued project management, PIA and Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA) support and training… The current T4NG TO is set to expire on January 7, 2020 and while another effort is being competitively competed, this action will provide continued support and prevent a gap in service until the new TO is awarded. The period of performance for this proposed extension is January 7, 2021 through February 6, 2021, with an option to extend an additional 30-days until March 6, 2021 if necessary.”

An acquisition package was submitted to recompete the effort and establish and new TO in time to ensure no breaks in service. …new requirements were required to deal with the influx of PTA/PIA reviews as a result of the Financial Services Center data breach in March 2020…
