Courtney Gleason, a strategic process manager with over 10 years of experience on large scale, public facing government programs, including the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) Program, the Federal Data Services Hub (FDSH aka Hub), and the Marketplace Advisor System Integrator (MASI), has taken on a new challenge as Founder and CEO at Ingeniosus Consulting, a consultancy providing Strategic Consulting, Substitute Program Management and Workshop Facilitation.
Courtney’s recent accomplishments include developing the technical approach for the proposal response securing a 6-month, $10M contract; leading a turnaround initiative and received five out of six excellent CPAR scores within six months; and developing the Marketplace 101 Training for CMS, new program hires, and contractors.
