The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), on behalf of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) TRICARE Overseas Program Office, has a requirement for program support services in support of the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Overseas Program. The contractor shall manage and support approximately 39 WIC Overseas offices at all Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) sites that provide resources and support to members of the Armed Forces, civilian employees, and Department of Defense (DoD) contractors living overseas and their family members with WIC Overseas (nutritional and health) benefits.
In mid to late February 2021, the Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation in accordance with FAR 15. The estimated period of performance will be 60 months, including options, beginning 16 July 2021.
