Your experience in strategy, process development, capture, and full-life cycle business development in the Federal sector will help you in codifying a cohesive practice area. The VP of Strategic Growth will also work hand-in-hand with our technical and product teams to understand Bixal’s services and assess our position in the market and with clients. - Lead, build, and mentor the business development team.

- Support Bixal in building a pipeline to strategically track and capture opportunities, with an emphasis on at least 5 year growth.
- Track market trends driving client’s decisions in, but not limited to, strategic communications, customer experience, agile product development, modernized learning, data science & analytics, cloud software solutions.
