“The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center Intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source, firm fixed price BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) with CliniComp International Inc. 9655 Town Center Dr. San Diego, CA 91121 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The BPA’s anticipated effective date is March 1, 2021 for a five-year ordering period.”
“This BPA is for the continued usage of ongoing support required to maintain functionality and operations of Clinical Information Systems (CIS), a CIS that uses CliniComp’s International Inc software, software applications, and hardware. CliniComps software and hardware is proprietary. This requirement will continue the maintenance of the existing CIS services including software updates, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, technical support, data base administration support and training.”
