Jonah Czerwinski, an established leader with executive experience in technology innovation, federal public sector management, and health care transformation, bringing more than two decades of experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and a successful track record developing strategy, driving transformation initiatives, and delivering results across large institutions, has taken on a new challenge as Practice Lead, Federal Public Sector at ThoughtWorks.
Jonah’s brings recent experience with industry that includes leading strategic initiatives that support federal agencies in the modernization of government services through the use of modern DevOps practices, Agile development, and human-centered design; driving a federal health sector growth strategy in support of VA and CMS; leading solutions development for federal health clients applying advanced analytics, distributed ledger technology, telehealth, health record modernization, and human centered design; and overseeing the work of three small product teams that shipped fully functioning blockchain-based prototypes for CMS, FDA, and VA within 100 days.
