The goal of this acquisition is to provide non-research and development (R&D) technical support and data management services to NCI, to support a wide variety of NCI studies and projects. These services include systems design, computer programming,
system documentation, and operational support to the National Cancer Institute. Computer-related support is required in eleven (11) main areas.
- Area 1: Project Management/Core Services
- Area 2: Data Management
- Area 3: Computer Programming
- Area 4: Computing Infrastructure Services
- Area 5: Website Development
- Area 6: Systems Design and Development
- Area 7: Reports and Manuscripts Preparation
- Area 8: Management of NCI Data
- Area 9: Evaluation of NCI Data and Projects
- Area 10: Technical and Administrative Support
- Area 11: Statistical Methodology and Program Support
The NCI intends to award two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a five year ordering period. Sample
Task Order #1, “Contract Initiation/Kick-Off” will be solicited as part of the Request for Proposal for the base IDIQ contracts and awarded concurrently with all base IDIQ contracts. Sample Task Order #2,”Data Computing Services” will be awarded following the award of the base IDIQ contract to one awardee.
