The purpose of this special notice is to announce that Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC) is sponsoring a Virtual Reverse Industry Day Briefing via Zoom platform on November 24, 2020, at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST).

This Reverse Industry Day will enable VA’s acquisition workforce to listen to Industry’s perspective and capture lessons learned to aid with future requirements planning. The transparency afforded via this forum will foster better communication and support of the Agency’s mission for FY 2021 and beyond.
This Reverse Industry Day will also provide an opportunity for industry to express their views and perspectives on Request for Information (RFIs). Participants will hear experts share and discuss “real-life” examples and impacts from an industry perspective. In addition, they will provide recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the overall RFI process.
