SDVOSB awarded CMS Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations (EMCOOP) Support contract

8(a) and service-disabled Veteran-owned small business Heartland Energy Partners LLC (dba Heartland Consulting) beat out two other bidders to be awarded a 3-year contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide Emergency Management and Continuity of Operations (EMCOOP) Support.
