Cecil Soman brings his more than 20 years of experience and expertise as he takes on a new challenge as Chief – Systems Architecture & Delivery at Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Cecil brings experience in database design and database development, cloud computing, data modeling, ETL design and development, data and text analytics, and leading of IT infrastructure and production support of medium and large-scale web-based enterprise level applications and client server applications.
In this new role, he leads multiple high-performance agile vendor and federal teams to deliver automation, business process re-engineering and technology projects worth ~ $35 million.
