VA inks 3-year deal for IBM/Red Hat Software for VA Platform Orchestration

Veterans Affairs has awarded a 3-year $7M task for IBM/Red Hat Software for VA Platform Orchestration. The task was awarded to service-disabled Veteran-owned Three Wire Systems who beat out one other bidder to secure the task, competed using NASA SEWP V.

IBM/Red Hat were both recently named to the updated list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.

IBM recently announced it would spin off its managed infrastructure unit to focus on Red Hat, hybrid cloud. More here.
