This activity proposes to negotiate a non-competitive award (sole-source) with Magnum Opus, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for the procurement of human centered design (HCD) services. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Period of Performance is one 12-month base, plus three 12-month option periods, September 14, 2020 – September 13, 2024.
The Government needs contractor support to provide resources required to perform strategy and management consulting services related to Customer Experience (CX) and Human Centered Design (HCD) capability development. The services are required to support VEO’s strategic objective to build HCD and CX expertise in house. Magnum Opus is a strategic industry partner capable of delivering strategy and management consulting services related to customer experience (CX) and HCD capability development. The estimated value for this acquisition is $4,215,073.98.
The SDVOSB concern has been determined to be a responsible source with respect to performance; and, Magnum Opus is a registered and verified SDVOSB. Magnum Opus is a strategy consulting firm that partners with business and government leaders to answer questions, conceptualize user experiences, and provide direction using business and creative approaches. They design product, service, and digital experiences for clients like AT&T, United Technologies, the VA, and J&J, solving complex problems by developing a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and their customers’ needs and by creating solutions to address the opportunities uncovered.
