Andrea Diaz, an IT consultant with over 11+ years of professional experience serving federal and state/local government clients, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Support Account Manager at ServiceNow.
Andrea brings recent direct experience supporting the Defense Health Agency where she coordinated a team responsible for assisting solution owners in configuring the system to meet the needs of end-users and tracking change requests through the issue resolution process, and planned and assisted in the execution of 21 Optimization Workshops to address key barriers to adoption in various MHS GENESIS solution areas such as pharmacy, radiology, and immunizations.
