SDVOSB and WOSB Aptive recruits rising VBA technologist Bennett Gebken as Digital Solutions Architect

Aptive, a next generation WOSB/SDVOSB that specializes in combining strategic communications expertise with emerging technologies to help agencies connect with citizens, employees and partners, just added Bennett Gebken, a rising technologist from the Veterans Benefits Administration’s Office of Business Integration, as a Digital Solutions Architect.

Bennett, a Marine Corps Veteran, brings experience working collaboratively across VBA and OI&T organizations to drive adoption of emerging technologies, earning him a 2020 Gears of Government award for increasing the speed of benefit delivery while saving VA millions of dollars. Recently, Bennett helped shape the strategy for adopting AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation to help reduce claims processing times. In other roles, Bennett has helped adopt modern solutions across VBA to solve critical problems including automated claims establishment, de-conflicting data quality issues for Veterans, identifying and predicting fraudulent benefits claims, and implementing the Forever GI Bill.
