NIH NIDA awards Application Development and IT Services task

Woman-owned small business Candor Solutions LLC, a joint venture of FreeAlliance.com LLC and 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. (22nd Century) beat out three other bidders to be awarded a $1.7M task with the National Institutes of Health to provide Application Development and IT Services. Funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), the task was awarded as a small business set-aside action using CIO-SP3 SB.
