“Responsibilities:
- Manages the operations of the Federal Healthcare IT division to deliver on contracts.
- Liaisons with Federal COs and Contract related personnel from the government to coordinate execution and delivery of all contracted work according to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- Execute plans prescribed by the COO and the ownership and works closely with the project teams to ensure they are meeting schedules and performance goals and growth expectations.
- Perform a Quality Review of incoming contracts to ensure we can perform all work on time. Formally respond that we either accept the work as stated or take exception.
- Identify errors in Federal contract award documents, such as disconnects between the budget, the PWS requirements, lack of specification of deliverables. Take pro-active immediate action with the Program office and contracts personnel to correct the erroneous content, pricing and schedule of deliverables to ensure pricing awarded is consistent with PWS requirements.”

- Minimum of 20 years working with a Federal prime technical services consulting firm in a contracting capacity with demonstrated strategic leadership ability.
- Extensive experience in working with the VA in both contractual as well as program and project management capacities.
- Must be able to understand and handle sensitive information communicated by the Federal customers in a confidential manner.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make decisions in difficult or ill-defined situations.
