Aaron Stowell, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads CTAC’s strategic growth, cloud practice, and innovation initiatives. As CTO, Mr. Stowell explores emerging technologies and their application in the Federal marketplace. Joining CTAC in 2000, he was responsible for the adoption and implementation of countless open source and cloud technologies.
