Responsibilities:
- Manage all personnel and ensures teams are always staffed with qualified resources to meet client program delivery expectations
- Interface with client management personnel and business owners/stakeholders across the agency
- Manage development and delivery of all program reports and deliverables
- Interface with team senior management on daily, weekly basis
- Assign and evaluate work
- Provide program recommendations based on data analytics and financial impacts
- Develop and execute management plans
- Develop project schedules and plans, to include deliverables in task areas
- Mobilize resources to execute the work represented in the plans
Requirements:
- 15 years relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
- 2 years managing an Agile project
- Background overseeing all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables of a major initiative for at least three years
- Demonstrated experience managing large IT projects
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects
